Cardio HIIT Circuit

Tuesdays at 7:00am & Thursdays at 5:00am and 4:00pm

Cardio HIIT workouts incorporate plyometrics with variations to keep the intensity extra high. In HIIT cardio workouts that incorporate strength training exercises, we will add weight equipment for more resistance. Dumbbells, kettlebells, or even barbells will be the equipment used as we change up the workout each week to keep the challenge going.
