Mondays: 12:00pm and 6:00pm (DOH studio starting Nov. 4th)
Tuesdays: 5:00am
Wednesdays: 6:00am and 12:00pm
Fridays: 10:30am
Group Power® is a one-hour, cutting-edge strength based workout designed to get you muscle strong and movement strong. It combines traditional strength training with full-body, innovative exercises using an adjustable barbell, weight plates and body weight.
Our instructors are great at giving modifications to ensure that this class is for the beginner right up to the experienced participant!
