Wednesdays: 9:30am (starting Nov. 6th)
Fridays: 9:30am - Balance and Core
This class mimics everyday movement and activities to improve over all balance and mobility. This class seeks to build strength, flexibility and balance through compound movements for navigting the world around us. This class is suited for a beginner all the way up to a fitness fanatic - you set your pace!
