To all our group fitness classes we recommend you bring determination, positivity and energy! Also, running shoes, a water bottle and a Sweat towel.
No matter the class, you should be prepared to sweat, listen to some good tunes, have fun while being challenged to be the best that YOU can be.

9:30am - Morning Mobility (Chair & Resistance Band)
12:00pm – Group Power (30 min Lunch Recharge)
6:00pm – Power Yoga (60 min)
6:00pm - Group Power (DOH studio) Starting Nov. 4th
7:15pm - ABC's (Arm's, Butt and Core)

6:00pm – Group Power/Centergy Fusion (30 mins. of Group Power and 30 mins. of Group Centergy...the best of both programs
4:45-5:15pm Sports Conditioning (ages 5-8yrs old)
5:15-5:45pm Sports Conditioning (ages 9 and over)
