Kids Fitness Classes
We believe in empowering the youth in our community.
We provide fitness programs and classes that foster well-being and skill training that promote healthy habits, confidence, and physical literacy through engaging and age-appropriate sessions.

From fun group activities to specialized training, we strive to inspire the next generations of young athletes in North Middlesex to embrace an active lifestyle, equipping them with valuable skills for a healthier future.
Kids Yoga
Join Lindsay as she shares her love of Yoga through story and movement for our little friends and then for our older friends, she will take them through a wonderful practice with movement

Mondays
5:15-5:45pm (Ages 8-11 yrs.)
Tuesdays:
5:00-5:30pm (Ages 3-4 yrs.)
Tuesdays:
5:30-6:00pm (Ages 5-7 yrs.)
Youth Athletic Skills
This program will build and maintain athletic abilities through a combination of a variety of training such as strength, endurance and flexibility.
Participants become well rounded in all physical activities. This is a great program for cross-training for other sports or just come out and get moving with friends
Wednesdays:
4:45-5:15pm (Ages 11-12 yrs.)
5:15-5:45pm (Ages 13-14 yrs.)
Thursdays:
4:45-5:15pm (Ages 9-10 yrs.)
5:15-5:45pm (Ages 7-8 yrs.)
Team Off-Ice Training
In each session, we will be working on endurance, strength and team work!

These opportunities are for your whole team to come out and work together! If there is something else that you would like to work on, perhaps a straight yoga class or straight cardio class, let us know and we will gear your session to what it is that you would like to work on. open to teams U9+.

The Locality Wellness Hub offers a discount rate to all North Middlesex Youth Athletes. If your player is signed up to one of our local sports programs, they will receive $5 off any 5 or 10 class passes plus a free class!
